Homey Thanksgiving Hideaway “A Dollar Weekend”

Three days and nights of country cosy Cotswolds and for one weekend only, we’re charging in Dollars….

Arrive mid-afternoon to prepare for the celebratory Thanksgiving Four Course Dinner in the Old Swan.

After a good night’s sleep, the celebrations continue with Friday brunch before a “Walk & Talk” of Old Minster & the historic Minster Lovell Hall. The walking tour takes approximately 2 hours.

Saturday, take in a “behind the curtain tour of the Royal Shakespeare Company” in Shakespeare’s Cotswold home-town, Stratford-Upon-Avon. Follow the tour with either a matinee performance of “A Mouse & A Child” or for Pushkin’s Boris Godunov. (Supplementary fee, transfers not included)

Or take a self-guided hike on one of our Cotswold’s Walks. From 2 to 6 hours. Spa treatments available.

A lazy evening back at the Old Swan. A tasty British Supper and an early night.

After a hearty breakfast and the Sunday papers, join village parishioners for Sunday Service at the Parish Church of St Kenelms or enjoy a relaxing spa treatment.
